Hello Friends!

Another month brings another monthly newsletter -- we're well on our way to a streak!  We hope you're doing well and enjoying these brief updates on our latest projects, blog posts, and announcements.

Although the past few months have been anything but normal, we’ve been lucky to have kept busy with plenty of new work and stay at home hobbies. We’ve taken up gardening, bread baking (of course!), Zoom happy hours, and celebrated a number of birthdays – most recently, the birth of Ashley's beautiful twin girls. We’re happy to be healthy, safe, and tackling some exciting new projects, even if we can’t be physically together in our Carrboro office.

Below you’ll find a few recent projects and a collection of some of our favorite blog posts. Enjoy, and feel free to reach out to us – we’d love to hear from you!

UNC Kenan-Flagler

UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School is known locally and nationally as a leader in higher education. The new website we designed and built for them on WordPress features clear organization, in-depth program pages, and modern design features like striking ambient video, innovative navigation, interactive quizzes, powerful search, and a lot more. Read more about the project in our case study, and we've been excited to continue partnering with them on digital strategy and SEO post-launch.

Branding Business

Branding Business is a global B2B branding agency that has been building strong corporate identities for over 25 years. We worked closely with their team to develop a website that uses bold typography, dynamic layouts, and clean design to highlight the agency’s work and approach. Explore the project in our case study.

Cal Cunningham for U.S. Senate

Cal Cunningham is engaged in one of the most intense US Senate races in the country.  He needed a site to introduce him to voters, lay out his vision, and push people to volunteer and donate.  NMC partnered with him to design a beautiful digital brand and build a platform that can educate, engage, and excite voters. Learn more in our case study.

How Our Team Uses Sketch Cloud

Our design team switched from Photoshop to Sketch back in 2014, and we recently incorporated Sketch Cloud, a new iteration of the software that makes designs collaboration-friendly and easily shareable.
