Branding a Modern Law Firm with a Commitment to Diversity

Founded in 2006, Saxena White is a law firm that specializes in securities litigation. The firm is state and nationally certified as women and minority owned, and carries this commitment to diversity throughout their work. Saxena White has offices in Florida, New York, and California. 

Saxena White approached NMC to refresh their brand with a new logo and a modern law firm website design. The resulting site and identity unmistakably represent the firm’s dedication to clear communication, attention to detail, and strong client relationships. 

Building a Brand

The first step towards Saxena White’s new identity was a logo redesign. After exploring the firm’s values and goals, it became clear that Saxena White wanted a logo that would present their brand with clear simplicity while maintaining professionalism and a modern aesthetic. With this guidance in mind, NMC developed a logo and mark that utilize clean lines and a sleek sans serif typeface. Along with the logo, NMC crafted a coordinating visual identity that is carried throughout the site – bold shades of blue, gentle gradients, and defined shapes. 

The new branding also offered an opportunity to revamp Saxena White’s print materials. NMC incorporated the same minimal aesthetic into a business card design that shows off the firm’s new logo and characteristic shade of blue. From online to print, Saxena White’s new identity is cohesive and representative of the firm’s new brand. 

A User-Friendly Interface

Considering Saxena White’s commitment to people and the need for their target audience to act quickly, it was clear from the beginning that they wanted to prioritize an approachable, easy-to-navigate website design. This begins on the homepage, where visitors are engaged by ambient video and the tagline “One Firm Fits All.” Supporting this maxim are robust interior pages about the firm and its dedication to diversity. 

The rest of the site is similarly driven by ease-of-use. Interior pages prominently feature client testimonials, relevant related content, and crisp images that add visual interest. Past, current, and pending cases can easily be tracked by site visitors on a unique page that offers case details and a live calendar countdown. 

The site is built on a custom, flexible WordPress setup, allowing Saxena White to update their content as new case materials and testimonials become available. The Content Management System also makes it easy for site administrators to relate various pages and optimize usability. 

A Lasting Impression

With the implementation of the new visual identity and website, Saxena White has successfully revitalized its image. The fresh design presents the firm as modern, accessible, responsive, and connected, and will surely attract new business for years to come.
