NMC Launches New Website for NCSU Lean Implementation Team

September 9, 2011

New Media Campaigns, a web design and development firm located in Carrboro, North Carolina, recently launched a new website for Lean Implementation Science.  LIS is associated with North Carolina State University’s Industrial Extension Services program, which also had their website created by NMC.

LIS is comprised of NCSU researchers from the engineering, business, and textile departments.  They seek to establish a stronger quality improvement support structure to assist healthcare systems and professionals with knowledge and tools to improve quality.

NMC designed and coded the new website to address particular problems that were concerning LIS researchers. The new website features a blog for publishing fresh, original thoughts on implementing the lean process and updates website visitors of new information and tips.

Resource pages, along with downloadable PDFs, keep website visitors educated and current by posting interesting articles pertaining to healthcare organization.  Project portfolio pages were designed to present information in a straightforward, easy to navigate manor that emphasize business beneficiaries from past projects.

NMC’s HiFi content management system provides for easy and efficient management of the website.  HiFi allows LIS to quickly add a blog post, update a project’s status, or post an article without difficulty or the need for extensive training.

New Media Campaigns has designed and developed more than 500 websites for politicians, businesses, and non-profits.  NMC was happy to have worked with LIS in creating a website that will positively impact their group for years to come.
