M. Griffith Investment Services

The new website for M. Griffith Investment Services is a great example of a clean design that presents a company and its message in a clear and inviting way. New Media Campaigns developed and launched the new site on HiFi, implementing the design of Romanelli Communications, our partner on the project. M. Griffith wanted a new website that better reflected the quality of service they had to offer, and that connected with visitors on a more personal level.

M. Griffith offers a variety of investment services for individuals and families. Because many people are not investment experts, the website had to be both functional and educational. The site was designed to be easy to navigate, with four tabs at the top of the page to explore various investment options and learn more about investing generally.

From customer feedback, M. Griffith also learned that customers wanted a more personal connection with the people behind the firm. To that end, there is both an "about us" tab with history and investment philosophy information, and also a "Meet Our Staff" section with photos, bios, and contact information for each member of the company. All of these inclusions serve to connect a visitor to the M. Griffith team, which is especially important in the finance industry.

In the "Understanding Your Choices" section of the site, visitors are provided with a glossary of common investment terms, and presented with various choices of how to invest their money. Whether it be saving for college or planning for retirement, M. Griffith's site walks potential clients through the choices.

The site is powered by HiFi, our Content Management System, which ensures that the website is fast loading, search engine optimized, and user-friendly enough to be easily updated by the M. Griffith staff. The end result is a website that performs well and has an inviting, personal design and approach that suits the personality and philosophy of the M. Griffith company.
