Carvel Property Development

Brought to us by Cornerstone Solutions, a firm we've worked with in the past, Carvel Property Development was looking to build a website that they could use to provide information about the project and garner people's interest in the development.

Built by Durst, the project is a new development in the area Hudson Valley area of New York. The website has a distinct eco-friendly feel that the company was looking for. Clean and elegant, the design emphasizes the goals of the development as well as the desire to protect the environment throughout the development process.

The website is powered by our proprietary content management system. Every piece of content is manage through our CMS including the main media rotation on the homepage. When visitors sign up to support the Carvel Property Development our CMS organizes the information in a database that makes sending email blasts simple and easy.

While our CMS gives the company the ability to add new content during the development process and keep visitors updated with the latest news, the design reinforces the mission of the development and its ties to the environment and local economy establishing a strong online presence for the development.
