Sam LeBlanc
Born in Baton Rouge, LA but raised in NMC’s hometown, Sam is a full stack developer comfortable in just about any area of the web development stack. Sam got his start while attending The University of North Carolina at Greensboro – for Music Eduction – where he designed websites for local businesses and campus organizations between (and sometimes during) classes.
Eventually, he changed tracks to study in the Computer Science department and soon took a position at a software development company in Greensboro. There, he produced custom web applications ranging from CRMs to Ecommerce sites – and even one social network and video-sharing platform – and eventually came to manage all of the company’s web projects from backend to frontend, allowing him to hone his skills enough to build both Php packages for Laravel and a ground-up Javascript framework.
Before long, he was drawn back to the charm and vibrance of the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area, and eventually found his place at New Media Campaigns in 2015. As a developer at NMC, Sam works on both custom web applications and CMS-hosted sites, where his breadth and depth of experience lends him the flexibility to produce polished code wherever it’s needed.
