New Media Campaigns Launches Website for Citizen Initiative
Carrboro, N.C. -- New Media Campaigns (www.newmediacampaigns.com), a full service North Carolina web design and marketing company, is pleased to announce the launch of a new website for a citizen-backed initiative in Florida named Save Our Little Village at www.saveourlittlevillage.org.
The new site gives the initiative an attractive web presence and allows them to educate other citizens on their mission. The design draws inspiration from the scenic beach community of St. Pete Beach and invites visitors to learn more about the initiative. The initiative is spearheaded by a group of residents, businesses, and community leaders working to develop solutions that can help plan for the future and improve St. Pete Beach.
The design highlights flash video on the homepage, and pushes visitors to action through a quick email signup and graphics highlighting the benefits of the development plan. The site also features a flash slideshow that shows images of the current St. Pete Beach and renderings of proposed improvements.
The organization is using New Media's proprietary technology to update the site with the latest initative information and to continue growing their web presence.
"It's been a lot of fun to work with SOLV," said Clay Schossow, a New Media Campaigns project manager. "They've done a great job of managing the site using our Content Management System, and they have had a lot of great ideas for new features to build on the site."
