N.C. Representative Reaches Constituents With New Web Site
Brubaker keeps in better touch with Randolph County, thanks to New Media Campaigns
Research Triangle Park, N.C.-New Media Campaigns, a pioneering provider of Web site development tools and Internet-based marketing solutions to enhance political campaigns, businesses and non-profits, is pleased to announce the launch of a Web site for North Carolina Rep. Harold Brubaker. Brubaker has served Randolph County, the state's 78th Congressional District, since 1976 and formerly served the state through his election as speaker of the house in 1995 and reelection to the position in 1997.
In addition to promoting extensive educational funding legislation during his terms in office, Brubaker, the president of a real estate appraisal and consulting firm, has striven to lighten government burdens on small businesses and taxpayers. He has been active in the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), even serving as its national chairman. Various organizations across North Carolina have applauded Brubaker's work for the state, including the 4-H council, which recognized him as one of the state's outstanding 4-H alumni.
Although Brubaker's dedication to Randolph County has remained a constant during his 16 terms in office, his ways of communicating with the state's 17th most populous county have changed. An increasingly computerized world has increased the need for the representative to have an up-to-date and unique Web site, a project he worked with New Media Campaigns to create.
"We're thrilled to begin working with Representative Brubaker," said Joel Sutherland, a partner in New Media Campaigns. "His Web site will offer additional resources for him to reach out to constituents who have already grown to know him through his far-reaching work for them."
New Media Campaigns uses leading and ground-breaking technology to help clients like Brubaker transform basic HTML Web sites into unique platforms of cost-effective marketing designed to better reach voters and constituents. The company's Web-based software gives clients the tools necessary for every phase of an online marketing campaign, from managing content to creating specialized blogs, photo galleries or e-mail operations.
