Whitfield, Bryson, and Mason LLP

The law firm of Whitfield, Bryson, and Mason, LLP was formed this year by its namesake partners, bringing together their various specialities into one firm, spread out between offices in Raleigh, Washington DC, and Kentucky. The new firm needed a new website that exuded credibility and displayed the accomplishments of the attorneys prior to founding the firm. Coordinating the effort with local designer Rick Binger, NMC took Rick's designs and built a site to launch alongside a TV and print campaign introducing the firm. This designer-developer team approach ensured that the client could get the best of all worlds in a cohesive, coordinated unit.

WBM home

Because the founding partners brought with them different  specialties in various areas of law, the new homepage features tabs for the three main litigation categories. This way they have equal billing, are easy to find, and visitors don't have to sift through the various specialties to find the one they are  looking for--it is clearly laid out.

WBM verdicts

Though the firm is new, the founding attorneys are certainly no rookies in law--they bring with them a history of success. To highlight and promote that winning experience, we featured Recent Verdicts and Settlements at the bottom of the homepage. Clicking on individual cases, or clicking the Verdicts and Settlements button takes visitors to more specific and detailed information about the various cases and their outcomes.

WBM attorneys

The site features short bios with contact information for each of the attorneys in the three offices, making them easy to find and contact. Additionally, a sidebar provides links to attorney-specific cases and news, making it easy to find information for each attorney, and tying all the various information together. One of the advantages of designing a site like this on our HiFi Content Management System is that it allows the firm to update this information centrally, and have it automatically appear in various places, as in the above example.

WBM blog

The site features a categorized blog that can be sorted by both author and category and shared on Twitter and/or Facebook, and a news section that includes a sidebar highlighting the firm's current cases. The integration of social media, opinion, and news is important for any company trying to gain reach on the internet.

Combined with the TV and print campaign, the website for Whitfield, Bryson, and Mason should position the new firm well in the marketplace. With a variety of specialties and locations, and a strong web presence, the firm has given themselves a firm footing for continued success in their new venture. With HiFi, a hosted Content Management System, powering the site, they won't miss a beat as they add and modify content going forward.
