Industrial Heat Sources

Industrial Heat Sources is a master distributor of Liester Process Technologies, a leading developer of manufacturing equipment in the United States.  Offering machinery for numerous industrial uses, IHS is committed to helping customers get the equipment they need and the service they desire.  They provide trained staff to service, support, and repair all of their products and readily emphasize their customer service. 

The previous IHS website had both an outdated design and feature set.  They needed a website that could enhance their customer service and showcase their products. New Media Campaigns worked with agency partner, PR20/20, to design and develop a website perfect for IHS.  

The new website features more than 130 products, each with its own category and product page.  The website boasts several attention grabbing media including pictures, charts, how-to videos and blog posts.  Based on PR2020's outline for the structure of the site, NMC developed a sort and filtering system so that website visitors are easily able to find the product they are searching for.  Visitors can search for specific products, browse a product category, or use an application search.  Aligning perfectly with the IHS service guarantee, the site now includes several new contact forms to aid with service, purchasing assistance, and product support.
