Recess' website reflects the simplicity and ease of the PHP Framework it was created for
When one of our company partners Kris Jordan finished developing a new PHP Framework that's going to change the game of PHP performance, it only seemed natural for New Media Campaigns to deliver a site that would really illustrate what the Recess Framework had to offer.
PHP Frameworks can be intricate and complex, however, Recess was designed to be simple and easy to use so developing a site that mirrored those qualities was paramount. To aid in this goal, New Media created Flash Video screencasts that offer one-minute demonstrations and give people the ability to easily get a feel for the Framework. A huge success, the screencasts help people understand the framework and encourage users to learn more.
Recess also has an open-ended license that allows any other developer to use it in their products without having to open source what they do. Emphasizing the RESTful technique when it comes to software architecture, Recess improves application performance and speeds up its development.
Another key feature of the website are the scrolling nametags in the top right corner. These nametags give the framework a human feel and show that people across the nation use and enjoy Recess. In general, New Media was more than excited to develop a website that would showcase Recess Framework and propel it into the evolving world of software architecture.
