The Midatlantic Employers' Association is a member-based group for HR services in Pennsylvania. In addition to providing a wealth of information to its members, MEA hosts HR training events, has an HR compliance information hotline, and provides consulting and other human resources services. In business since 1903, the MEA has a lot of experience and information to include on the new site.

MEA turned to one of our agency partners, Winnow Creative, because of the agency's experience with HR membership groups--because of their work with CAI Communications, Winnow was a good fit to redo the MEA site. New Media Campaigns got involved on the development side of the project, molding Winnow Creative's design on the HiFi Content Management System to bring the site to life. The resulting site is dynamic and attractive and features tools to help manage the library of resources and to manage the many events MEA hosts each year.

NMC worked with both Winnow and MEA for over a year to build this site and implement all the technology and tools that they wanted. The site is designed to attract new members and to provide a host of resources and services to those members.

Some of these resources include a blog, HR tools, downloadable surveys, and tools like a searchable calendar of events and a Training & Development catalog. The site features a custom app for new member management, and leverages Cvent to provide the integrated calendar of events. Also very useful is the CCH AnswersNow feature that leverages third party information resources, which are tied in to site logins.

The end result of the time spent in discussing concept and execution is a site that is highly configurable and provides a great platform on which to build moving forward. NMC is very pleased with the successful collaboration with both Winnow Creative and MEA on this project.
