Happikins

Launched:May 6, 2009

E-commerce site keeps updating content easy and customers happy

At New Media Campaigns, we believe that no two sites are alike, and that each organization's web presence has unique needs and goals. When Paragraph Project, one of our agency partners, approached us to develop a website for Happikins, a new side project they were working on, we were happy to help.

Although Paragraph operates a marketing strategy firm, they have developed a number of secondary projects, one of their most recent being Happikins - cool, reusable napkins for kids lunchboxes. This simple e-commerce site gave us the opportunity to branch out from the design principles that guide us when designing websites for politicians or non-profits. Instead of using Flash, we opted to use a Javascript rotation to highlight the different sets of Happikins available.

We also integrated Google Checkout into the website, making for a better buyer experience. Google Checkout allows you to buy from multiple stores online and track all of your orders in one place. We believed that making the buying experience fast and simple for customers would provide a better return for Happikins. Even with simple projects such as Happikins, we work hard to make sure everything is just right, ensuring a great experience for both company and customer.
