The Morehead-Cain Scholars Program
The UNC program has full control of their content through our proprietary content management system
The Morehead-Cain Scholars Program contacted New Media Campaigns to develop a new website for their program after having problems with their old firm's service. Like many of our other University clients, the program wanted to place a lot of the emphasis on the scholars and the amazing projects they work on while also highlighting the overall experience of being a Morehead-Cain scholar.
We "refreshed" the design of their old site by removing all of the Flash, adding in Javascript for menus, and having a repository of images for the homepage and banners that refresh on each visit. A large site overall, the program has complete control over all of the material and can add their own multimedia through our content management system. Our system has allowed them to provide regular updates on scholar news, a feature they couldn't do with their previous website.
New Media was excited to develop a new website for a program that benefits the university which many of us call our alma mater. By highlighting the students who are tackling unbelievable projects and offering a vast amount of information on the program, the website goes above and beyond what the program was looking for.
