Founders
Joel Sutherland - Founder, PresidentJoel specializes in the design and development of enterprise class web software. Previously, he co-founded OpenPage Design, a successful company that built custom tools for clients needing to establish a web presence. Joel currently supervises the design and implementation of programming for the company.
Clay Schossow - Founder, Lead Project Manager
A Cleveland native who still advises candidates in Ohio, Clay assists clients in solidifying their online presence. As the principal manager of client accounts, Clay has been closely involved in dozens of online campaigns and corporate web sites.
Kris Jordan - Founder
Kris has been designing software commercially for over a decade. Prior to starting NMC, his companies have developed projects for governments, small businesses, politicians, and educators. Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kris left New Media Campaigns in 2007 to work toward a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Brown University.
Zach Clayton - Founder
Previously, as a partner in The Resources Group, Zach created advertising campaigns and managed strategic communications for clients, including Deutsche Bank, EchoStar Communications, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association of America, and NewsCorp. Zach has written for The Hotline, authored two books, and appeared on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News. Zach left New Media Campaigns in 2007 to enroll in the MBA Program at Harvard Business School.

Josh Lockhart - Developer, Project ManagerJosh has been commercially developing on the web for over five years. Prior to joining New Media Campaigns, Josh ran his own consulting company, JoshLockhart.com, working on numerous PHP and Ruby on Rails based projects.
Mark Rathouz - Project Manager
Prior to joining NMC, Mark worked with Nebraska officials in county, state, and federal government. While working in this sector, Mark became extremely interested in New Media and the power it has to shape communications, especially in politics. Mark joined the NMC team in 2008 to help build the company's client base in the Midwest and helps campaigns, non-profits and companies meet their online goals. Mark is an Omaha native and graduate of the University of Nebraska.
Will Lewis - Project Manager
Will works with clients in the non-profit, corporate, and political arenas. Will specializes in keeping clients happy by making sure that everything on their site is functioning correctly and that you understand how to leverage our technology. Prior to New Media Campaigns, Will worked with the John Edwards campaign and with the EEOC.
Josh McCrain - Developer
Josh specializes in frontend design and development and customizing Content Management System deployments. Prior to working with New Media Campaigns, Josh worked for the John Edwards 2008 campaign on the web team where he developed and managed content for the campaign's website.
